Nutritional analysis of NAFLD patients with a high FAST score

当院で2018年7月から2019年6月にかけて腹部CTまたは腹部超音波検査で脂肪肝を認めた非飲酒症例85例を対象にTransient Elastographyを施行し，食事摂取状況を調査した．単変量解析で，FAST score高値群はビタミンEや一価不飽和脂肪酸，多価不飽和脂肪酸の摂取が有意に少なく，多変量解析では高齢と多価不飽和脂肪酸の低摂取が独立因子として抽出された．FAST score高値症例の栄養指導時には多価不飽和脂肪酸の摂取を推奨する必要があることが示唆された．
